What's Happening When
Friday
- 5pm -
The weekend kicks off. Those with glamping pods and teepees can arrive and get settled in - 7pm -
Bar opens — sadly, not on us! - 7:30pm -
Lucca Pizza van arrives — it's on us! - 10pm -
Bar closes — go get your beauty sleep
Saturday Ceremony
- 11:30am -
Guests arrive and bar opens - 12 – 12:15pm -
Take your seats in the gin gang - 12:30pm – 1pm -
Ceremony starts - 1pm – 2:30pm -
Drinks reception and canapés - 2:30pm-
Take your seats in the main barn - 2:45pm – 3:30pm -
Speeches - 3:30pm – 5:30pm -
Wedding breakfast
Saturday Evening
- 6:30pm -
Evening guests arrive - 7:30pm -
Cutting of the cake, first dance, live music from The Gatenbys - 8:30pm -
Evening food is served - 9pm – 10pm -
More live music - 11pm -
Music and dancing - 12am -

Camping Info
Glamping Pods
Our VIP guests have been assigned one of the 10 glamping pods on the site and you should already know if you have been allocated one or not. Pods are £200 for the whole weekend, please pay Han and Dan directly.

Bell Tents
If you'd like to camp, bell tents are available from Posh Bells. Please contact Han and Dan directly if you would like to know more.
Gifts
We’re thrilled that you're coming to celebrate our wedding with us and don’t expect any gifts but if you'd like to donate to our family honeymoon fund then all donations would be gratefully received.
